On the first floor of the office building, you can have a nice and comfortable office. The location of the partition walls and the fit-out are up to you, but we can also make suggestions for an ideal arrangement.

have deliberately removed the partition walls from the floor plan in the picture, so that the space is more visible and can show the almost endless number of the possible varieties. There is a lift inside the building, so you do not need to climb the stairs. A number of functions are possible on the level:

  We carry out the interior design and even furnish it completely, if you so desire. The first level is one of the most comfortable parts of the building. Even though it is not on street level, yet it is not too high up. An ideal place for the manager or the management.

• American-style joint work space

• Private practice, treatment rooms

Call us if you would like to rent an entire first floor for your offices. When deciding on the tenants, preference will be given to those renting several floors and would like to stay permanently.
